satay sauce

Satay sauce for bowls, noddles and so much more

A quick satay sauce recipe is sooo handy for those moments when you want something super tasty that doesn’t take a lot of fuss.

It’s perfect for an Asian style bowl or over roast pumpkin & noodles. Or even a bowl of steamed cauliflower. Delicious!

This is not a low fat recipe. In fact quite the opposite. If you’re reducing your dietary fat you may want to scroll on. But remember it’s a condiment so have a drizzle and no more. You can also adjust the coconut cream/water ratio or completely swap out the coconut cream for plant milk.

The good thing to note is it’s only going on top of vegetables so there’s not another source of fat underneath. Go you!

1 Tbl ginger, minced
1 Tbl tamari

Pinch chilli
